   DMX Controller overview

    DMX controller is dedicated to fully management of many (up to 255) light sources with unique identification and much more with repeating identification (but in different space locations) at illumination of any objects, special light effects for show programs, interior light, etc.

   DMX controller work in 4 general modes:

     - normal mode 1: execute, edit and compose play list

     - normal mode 2: execute, edit and compose group

     - service mode 1: read, program and test separate light device

     - service mode 2: display / adjust clock, date and day of week

       Member LED light source -   Separate light source in concrete space location with own unique identification number, power and color defined in DMX Controllers memory. This approach permits common control of many members, connected together by dedicated network. Also is important to note, that one DMX controller may  control unlimited quantity of members with identical (equal) numbers. For this small DMX controller, number of members is limited to 255 and may be any in range 1-255.

       LED Light device - LED Light device is combination from separate members with one or more colors and power. DMX controller no limitations to attitude colors and power. A concrete light device may be obtain only one member or more members. DMX controller includes red, green and blue control buttons to perform synthesis of any color.

       Group - Group is community of members, distributed in different LED light devices with common, uniform and simultaneously controlled intensity. DMX controller supports up to 255 groups. Actually number of controlled groups may be any in range 0-255. Every member may belong to any group without limitation.

       Compose Play list - from already existing play positions, played sequentially FROM-TO. This play list system is designed to play unlimited times sequentially all positions included between “BEGIN POSITION” and “END POSITION” (until stop button will be press). To play, any included in list position must be meet begin time, end time and day of week. 

   Successful LED design applications

     HSD, a leader in engineered LED solutions, has developed LED lamp assemblies specifically designed for retrofitting and replacing traditional incandescent lamps and building new and modern architectural interior design. These LED lines, LED spot and garden spots assemblies can be designed to meet specific color and brightness levels per the specific requirements of an application.  HSD engineered LED solution works with the existing PWM flashing circuitry to signal increasing the light output and flashing the LED lines, Spot lights and garden spot light.  For some applications require a specific color and brightness level and the LED lines, LED spot lights and garden LED lights must hold up under the constant change in PWM ratio used to vary the light intensities under DMX control commands. The LED solution developed by HSD is capable of illuminating the rooms, halls and areas with round spot, LED lines, garden spots and alley guiding LED lights.     Given the unique parameters of the application we were able to develop an LED LED lines, LED spot and garden spots assembly that met all the requirements of the customer. This application is a perfect example of our expertise in refreshing standard applications with reliable engineered LED solutions that decrease maintenance costs while meeting or even elevating the desired lighting effects. HSD's engineered solution is a large circular and line array of white and color 5mm LEDs and luxeon LEDs designed in a dense pattern to replace the light output of the  bulb while creating a color close enough to incandescent to be aesthetically acceptable. HSD LED spot and line solutions are available in either standard or custom assemblies. Samples are available from HSD with a typical delivery time of 4 weeks.
